Business Analyst- Presales role

Position Overview:

 

Business Analyst will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across the organization to gather, analyze, and interpret data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business strategy and performance. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to effectively translate data into actionable insights and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization..

 

Job Description:

 

·      Partner with business stakeholders to define and prioritize data analytics projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.

·      You will leverage your expertise in the complete IT ecosystem to facilitate the translation of business requirements into actionable insights and solutions.

·      Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of business users and convert them into comprehensive business stories, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementations.

·      Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including internal systems, databases, and external sources, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

·      Collaborating closely with QA teams, you will oversee the testing and validation of solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal performance. Additionally, your familiarity with QA automation tools will enable you to streamline and enhance the testing process.

·      Utilize AI expertise to contribute to projects leveraging advanced technologies for business success.

·      Familiarity with Vector Database and Large Language Models.

·      Proficiency in connecting diverse data sources such as RDBMS and APIs, with knowledge of WebSocket considered an additional advantage, enhancing solution development and implementation.

 

Qualifications:

 

 

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

·      Preferred background in Fintech or previous experience working in the Fintech industry.

·      Availability to travel to different locations on a project basis as required.

·      Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Task Planner, or similar platforms to effectively assign user stories to technical team members.

·      Experience with data visualization techniques and tools to create impactful dashboards and reports.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to thrive in a dynamic team collaboration environment, engaging with Customer IT Teams, Product Management Team, QA Team, Business Users, and Support Team.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, draw meaningful insights, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders..

·      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·      Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
