Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in providing technical support to end-users and troubleshooting IT issues. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing timely support to our employees.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network issues
– Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
– Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
– Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
– Collaborate with IT team members to implement IT projects and initiatives
– Document IT procedures and processes for reference
– Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and applications
– Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field
– Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
