Social Media Specialist

Overview:

 

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing strategies, with the ability to execute campaigns that drive engagement, grow brand awareness, and generate leads. As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·      Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for the company, aligned with the overall marketing and business goals.

·      Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

·      Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions and organic posts, to achieve specific business objectives.

·      Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with the community on social media channels, ensuring a positive brand image and building relationships with followers.

·      Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) using social media analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

·      Brand Consistency: Ensure brand messaging and tone are consistent across all social media platforms.

·      Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company’s social presence remains current and effective.

·      Paid Advertising: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for maximum ROI.

 

Qualifications:

 

 

·      Proven experience in social media marketing, with a solid understanding of major social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and so on.

·      Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

·      Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

·      Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and design.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

·      Experience with paid social media campaigns and Google Ads is a plus.

·      Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques is a bonus.

·      Passion for staying on top of the latest trends in content creation and social media.
